Join us at the Lodge on Friday, January 30th for the PolarFest Opening Ceremony Dinner Buffet!

 

Bring the whole family to enjoy complimentary hot chocolate around the bonfire, followed by our Opening Ceremony Dinner Buffet beginning at 5pm, and the annual Fireworks show at 6:30pm!
 

Buffet features include our famous smoked brisket carvery, vibrant basmati rice, roasted fingerling potatoes, penne alla vodka, kid friendly favourites, grazing station featuring cured meats, fresh fruit and local & imported cheeses, freshly baked bread, incredible soups and salads, and a decadent assortment of house made pastries & desserts!
