The Lodge will be brimming with all the vibrant flavours of Mexico with brunch & dinner buffets featuring all of the best Mexican specialties, plus our famous self-serve taco bar and Chef Goyo Garcia Alvarez de Las Altos' (aka Chef Couillard's) incredible range of specialty salsas including Guacamole, Pico de Gallo, Casera, Charred Pineapple, Bean, Onion & Cilantro, No Refund Tomatillo, Crema, Sour Cream & Green Onion. Save room for dessert because the dessert assortment will feature freshly baked churros!
