This option is for those of you who love to carve your own turkey, and have that gorgeous turkey centerpiece on your table. With this option, you can mix & match your side dishes to suit your family’s needs.

Introducing The Ultimate Hunter's Pack, a Wilderness-Approved Feast by Dr J's BBQ & Chemong Lodge
Did you know that with just a pot of boiling water, you can enjoy our award-winning BBQ anywhere and anytime?! Each one of our famous smoked BBQ proteins and sides are individually vacuum-sealed, so all you have to do is drop 'em into a pot of boiling water for 10-15 minutes to heat, then simply cut open & enjoy!!
