"We asked Doug Northey and his staff at Chemong Lodge to cater our outdoor cottage wedding in Buckhorn. They provided us with amazing food and the kind of professionalism and knowledge which only comes with experience.
Right from day one, Doug had suggestions and tips to make our wedding fantastic. He recommended things he knew would work for us and our particular venue. We took all of his advice, and he was bang-on every time! He spent the time to make sure we had the right menu for our dinner and late night buffet. The guests at our wedding were raving about the food…it was so delicious! Every dish was tasty, and all of the hot food was just that – hot!
Doug brought with him an amazing serving staff. They helped out in every possible way right down to locating our missing dog and putting it away in the cabin!
We were so pleased with Chemong Lodge Catering. They were excellent from start to finish.
